IKO INDEPENDENT - 2 Days
The program follows International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) standards, with small-group lessons limited to 2 students per kite and instructor for optimal learning.
Course structure
- Day 1 follows the same structure as IKO Basic
- Knowledge check for Day 1
- Kite control exercises.
- Water start with board
- Communication between instructor and student via BB Talkin
- Exercises and techniques with board
- Coaching
- Rescue
- The course progresses at your own pace
- 10-hour group course, 6-hour private course
- Maximum 2 participants per group

Spot:
We select the location based entirely on wind and weather conditions. This could be Båstad, Mellbystrand, Halmstad, or Falkenberg – but also the south side of Åsen.
When:
On all days when wind and weather allow for a good course.
Course Cost:
3900 SEK for adults.
3600 SEK for people under 20 years.
Equipment is included in the course price.
Age:
Must be able to swim and at least 12 years old.
Under 20 years? You get a discount on our courses.
Certificate:
You will receive an IKO certificate according to your current level.
Equipment:
Equipment is provided during the course. After the course, you will receive a discount on purchases from our partner Surfers Paradise in Varberg.
